Scratch-able Collars

Some big dogs scratch their necks a lot and put runs in the ribbon that is sewn onto the webbing.  So I created a category of collars that are more scratch-able than the others because the design is printed straight in to the webbing so that it can't be scratched off. I will continue to add these collars as I find the supplies for them.
