The collar turned out just as nice as the photo. I love the characters and the quality of the nylon they're sewn onto.
We received the collar in a size that was too small for our dog. We sent an email to the email you guys gave us but have received no reply in attempting to return this and get a better size. The collar looks great though all in all.
